Primer: Unit 03, Lesson 1

Topology: C, D, E

Goal: At the end of this lesson, the student should be able to locate a group of two black keys and the set of three white keys which touch them. They should be able to name these three white keys, and play them while naming them. 


Metric: Ensure your student is saying "C D E" out loud as they play both songs. This will reinforce the names of the notes they are playing. Challenge your student by asking them to play Balloons backwards while saying the names of the notes out loud.
